Staten Island Mafia..... Never Go Against the Family in Public

Rarely does the Charter Fabric League make the blog, but I love my manager and the commissioner Bob (left below) like a father

for the last 3 seasons  I have been playing early Saturday morning fall ball with him in Staten Island. We have always had a good team but unfortunately we were the Buffalo Bills
of Softball as we lost twice in heartbreak fashion in the finals.

This year we were undefeated in the regular season and won game one of the championship last week. In game two today we lost 1-0... fucking painful. In game three we were down 4-1 in the 6th and then exploded to win 10-4 and got the monkey off our back. Now that is fucking blog worthy.
Great Guys

Great Season
Rock On Staten Island!!!!!!

With Loyal fans like Julia Roberts behind the team
The Hispanics were motivated to show they could take the cold and win

Well Done and Deserved

P.S. On a side note for all you city people out there, NYC softball legend and Staten Island resident  Richie Christy
showed up to game 1 of the season and never returned - classic
